Q: What’s included in your quoted price?
A: Our quoted price includes the full DJ set, professional sound and lighting equipment, setup and pack-down, consultations, and any agreed extras. No hidden fees—ever.

Q: How early do you arrive to set up?
A: We typically arrive 60–90 minutes before the event starts, depending on the complexity of the setup and venue access.

Q: Do you take requests on the night?
A: Absolutely! We welcome song requests and will do our best to incorporate them into the set, while keeping the vibe flowing.

Q: What happens if you’re ill on the day?
A: We have a network of trusted backup DJs on standby. In the rare event of illness, we’ll ensure a high-quality replacement with no disruption to your event.

Q: Can you provide proof of PLI insurance?
A: Yes, we carry full Public Liability Insurance (PLI) and can supply documentation upon request.

MUSIC & PERFORMANCE

Q: Can you play our must-have songs?
A: Definitely. We’ll work with you before the event to create a playlist of your most important tracks—from entrance songs to last dance favourites.

Q: How do you handle inappropriate requests?
A: We use discretion. If a song doesn’t fit the mood or is inappropriate for your event, we politely steer the request in a more suitable direction.

Q: Are you happy to make announcements?
A: Yes! We’re happy to act as your MC for key announcements like cake cutting, speeches, or first dances.

Q: What’s your backup plan if your kit fails?
A: We always carry backup equipment, including spare laptops, mixers, and cables. Technical issues are rare but we’re fully prepared just in case.

VENUE REQUIREMENTS

Q: Have you played at our venue before?
A: We’ve performed at many venues across the North East of England. Let us know your venue and we’ll tell you if we’ve been there—or liaise with them directly if not.

Q: Do you need parking or load-in access?
A: Yes, parking and easy access to the setup area are essential. Please let us know in advance so we can coordinate with the venue.

Q: Can you work with sound limiters?
A: We’re experienced in working with sound limiters and will adjust our setup to stay within restrictions without compromising audio quality.

Q: What power supply do you need?
A: A standard 13A mains socket (UK plug) is usually fine. We bring extension cables and surge protection as standard.

Q: How much space does your setup require?
